This little magpie-lark is on the perimeter fence of Government House. Now, in Australia we call people with red hair 'Bluey'; males who don't say much are nick-named 'Rowdy'; and so it makes perfect Aussie sense that these birds are called magpie-larks, when in reality they are neither a magpie, nor a lark!
