immigrant cat

My nephew rescued a stray cat while living in the US a few years ago. Since that time, Sammy the cat has used many of his nine lives, and had many exotic adventures.

It is not easy ( ??sensible) to try & capture jet black cats in difficult lighting, but I wanted to post this shot specially for 'Pardy'.

Lovely shot. We have a black cat with a similar history except we brought her back from Singapore. She has a similar number of remaining lives. Agree with what you say about photographing black cats too!
