Impressionist?

Obviously, this was not taken here today. Everything is dead and frozen! I joined an impressionist photography group on facebook and was trying to create something that may be impressionist. I combined two photos, then used 'underpainting' effect on it.

@jernst1779 I used BeFunky to combine the images and then added the underpainting effect. I have Photoshop but don't know how to use it!

Beautiful! i'm always so impressed with the techniques used on this site. I use Lightroom but don't know how to do layering or anything else. Someday maybe. This would be beautiful blown up large and on glass. Fav.
