Sage is one of my favourite things to grow, I have a flower bed full of it in my back garden... the winter has been so mild that they didn't really die back like they usually do, just kept on going strong.

I think traditionally we called this a lamb's tongue plant, because of the soft look it has.

Wonderful texture! Looks so soft! It almost looks like what we call Lamb's Ear - I wonder if it's the same thing.
