When running low on ideas, make a refractograph :)
This one was white LED light, through a large cylindrical flat bottomed vase (clear glass), I'm quite pleased with the colours, all I did in Lightroom was increase saturation a tiny bit and upped the clarity & contrast by a few points. I find if you mess with them too much during editing you can lose some of the detail.
