This is the gothic bell tower of the church of St.Michael in Dun Laoghaire. It's the only original part of the structure to remain - the main building burnt to the ground in 1965, and was rebuilt in the '70s in a much more contemporary style, which looks at odds with the spire, but still kind of works...
