@5unflow3r Trina, this is at a park and there are gulls, and geese and birds that have no fear of people. They hope for food and you can get right up to them.
very nice close up. this guy accessorizes well. I usually nix shots when feathers from preening get stuck. Maybe i should revisit those. Very nice shot here!
Wonderful close-up...the head looks like a puff of cotton. I love the focus...and the feather, well, it reminds me of a piece of spinach stuck in a tooth.
So true and what a great shot. did you get close to this gull? It is clear and the white is not blown out. That is not easy. I missed a shot on the harbor at Northumberland. A man was walking two dogs and one had a huge feather in his mouth. He was carefully carrying his treasure home. I was sorry to miss what might have been a fab shot.
