Normally, this is seen in its hundreds of thousands. It is part of an Oilseed Rape plant, the very plant that causes those huge bright yellow fields covering the landscape at this time of year. This is one of a few self sown ones in the garden.It seems to be in some of the bird food, I leave it growing as the insects like the flowers, and the pigeons love to eat the plants.
