Mmm, Rhubarb and custard, what a delightful treat. Even better Rhubarb Crumble with custard, I suppose Rhubarb and snow could make an unusual winter dessert. Still will have to wait a bit longer for some more to grow as this little shoot is not even a mouth full and at the moment is the only bit braving the elements.
