Okay, I know it should be a ROSE and I found two thorns, a Hawthorn bush and a climbing rose both with vicious looking thorns on. Unfortunately I have not got any roses in flower yet, but this wonderful daffodil has defiantly pushed its way up and through these dangerous spikes and blossomed out with its lovely trumpet of colour. I thought the Black & White showed the thorns in their true evil.
