This is the River Dulnain near to the centre of Carrbridge. One of Carrbridge's claims to fame is that it hosts The Golden Spurtle World Porridge Making Championship.
Mmm, I love this. Long exposure does make for interesting shots, doesn't it. They do take some time setting up for a good one, don't they. This isn't one for my iPhone.
@tryingforsighs Thanks Rachel, yes its not something you can do quickly, and I have not seen an App for long exposure yet ! Maybe its a money making idea.
@darylo Thanks Daryl, any tips for this ? Well first, take your time, then get a tripod, don't pick a really bright day, and you need to slow down your exposure time, so f22 or small as your lens will go, or you
need a a dark filter. I used a vari filter, its a screw on filter with 2 grey lens. As you turn it, it deepens the darkness, and extends the exposure.
@simon0128 Thank you very much Simon
@milaniet Thank you very much Milanie
