My visit to Anglesey happened to coincide with the Anglesey Agricultural Show which is always worth visiting. I thought the Grand Monsters would like to see the animals and we might find a Donkey which they seem to have a fixation on at the moment. Also visiting the show was His Royal Highness Prince William, he gave a speech thanking the people of Anglesey, for making his time at RAF Valley so enjoyable. He is due to leave his Search and Rescue duties here soon. While he was on a walk about, meeting and talking to the crowds he was handed a Teddy Bear, which I presume was meant for baby George.
The Monsters never found a Donkey.
@fivealive@beryl@anazad511@pflaume@darylo Thank you all very much for your lovely comments, this is really just down to a great deal of luck. I decided to go to Anglesey without knowing the show was on, then decided to go to show on the Wednesday without knowing William was going to be there. Heard William was going to be there, but not were or when. I was waiting inside the large hall with the Monsters to get their faces painted, when I decided to wander around outside till they were done. I was just within earshot of the main arena as they announced his arrival and found an empty space near to were he finished up walking to. A lot of luck.
