Found this Snail on a rotten apple and thought it would make a nice shot as the colours all matched. I waited quite a while for him to emerge, but apart from sticking one eye stalk out from under the shell no joy. I lifted him onto his back and left him alone, the idea was I would catch him as he brought the shell back down to the apple. No joy again, he must have wanted to stay at home.
