Much has been discussed in the media about the state of our high streets this Christmas. Footfall is the technical term marketing people use for customers or lack of them.
This was taken from across the far side of Paradise Street. It shows the steps leading up into Liverpool One, a very busy shopping centre. It was taken shortly before Christmas on Thursday 13th December at 12.33 pm and not a shopper in sight !
I did have an alternative title for this, but went with the other one.
