A very different looking swan to any I have seen. Lovely image - I'm enjoying all these bird shots and hope to learn a few more species. I don't get a sense of scale here - how much smaller than a mute swan ?
Although it’s not a black and white photo it does kind of fit the flash of red theme for the day. How considerate of this guy to sport this bright red beak!
More large goose size, but with a longer neck.
