Way up high on the Widnes Silver Jubilee Bridge, the painters are hanging around again.
There are still patches grey, but it's slowly going green.
Most of the bridge has already been re-painted, (the Widnes side three times as the first two companies got it wrong !!!), using scaffolding and little cabin like work areas.
These aerial monkeys are finishing off the bits that were covered by the scaffolding.
Not sure if I could do a job like that. I did manage the edge walk of the CN tower in Toronto, but I wasn't actually hanging for that. Certainly takes all kinds of people and all kinds of abilities to make a world!
Rather them than me. I’ve painted the stairs, hall, landing and the step ladder was high enough for nose bleeds.
Looks like they are doing a good job, well done those men
