This sign is down near the exit from a large industrial / warehousing estate in West Bank in Widnes.
It's there to warn the large number of heavy goods vehicles that visit this estate that they might hit traffic problems on one of the nearby motorways.
One slight problem, the Sept 19, is not referring to an end date of September the 19th 2020 !!!!!!
NO !! These roadworks finished in SEPTEMBER 2019 !!!!!!
