@dutchothotmailcom Thank you for your comments Esther, there were a couple of other people in the water as I entered it. They stayed a few yards from the beach and didn’t spent too long in the water.
I was the only one to head off out to sea. I was swimming for about 50 minutes, it was lovely.
I have been here a few times recently and a couple of weeks ago I was stunned to see an extremely large sea Salmon leap completely clear of the water, like the shots you see of them going up the rapids. It was very close to me and the first time I have ever seen one in salt water. It made my day !!
