A Weevil, with no common name as far as I know. His scientific name is Phyllobus pomaceus.
I found this in a spiders web, I placed him here, took a few photos then he went on his way.
Very cool, metallic, looking bug. I'm going to have to stop looking at your pictures soon because whenever you post one, with interesting background information, I'm off looking it up on the net and you know how one look up leads to another, and the hours pass with the usual household chores undone.
