WHAT IS THIS ?

This little guy is only small, 5-7mms, less than a 1/4 of an inch in real money. Maybe you don't ever recall seeing one before, but I bet anyone who is observant and been out in the countryside during the summer will have seen his nursery.

Any ideas ?
