But I bet in the older ( left hand ) days, there were people clever enough to find a fault and fix it with a bit of solder. Now a days, the solution is throw it out and get a new one.
@markp True, so true. Fortunately the board on the right is a neat version of the prototype on the left. I know how it works and how to fix it if it doesn’t :-) It is supposed to become a fix for a piano that would otherwise be thrown away.
