This rain radar, after it has been made (it is not working at the moment), measures the rain very accurately in a radius of 30 km around the city. Could be useful with today's heavy downpours, in a city that struggles to drain all that water.
There is a lot of technology that has become so useful for tracking the weather. I really like the grittiness of this image- and the foreboding feeling of a storm brewing.
