Experimenting with window light. I am holding up my lap top to provide a fill.
Also trying out more processing choices in Photoshop. Along with the standard heal tool and dodge/burn, I used a gradient fill to see what the different layer blending modes do when applied to the image.
I've posted a second, desaturated version as an outtake under January 23, 2013. It was a tough choice between the two versions, but I decided to go with this more colourful one because it accentuates the groovy 70s vest and striped shirt. :)
