I believe this is a mocking bird. Whatever he/she is, they don't look happy. Editing only consisted of auto fix and slight cropping in picnik.

@mej2011 hmmm, it looks a bit blurry. Maybe because of tiny camera movement. You have quite a lot of zoom & shutter speed is relatively slow...

It's probably the zoom. This bird was in a bad location. I probably shouldn't have attempted to take the shot.
