How much is that doggie in the..........Photo?

Song Challenge for September
Day 21-A song that you listen to when you're happy.
I completely failed this one. I was doing homework all day and didn't get around to attempting to take a photograph until late tonight. It's not easy trying to come up with a song that I listen to when I'm happy AND a photo in such a short amount of time. The only thing I could think of was "Stuck like Glue" by Sugarland, which I don't know, that songs just makes me want to dance for some reason. Anyways, I couldn't think of anything to do as a photo aside from something having to do with sugar, which I already did a few days ago. So, I just snapped a photo of my puppy and decided to be done with it. Aside from the week that I was gone in July, I don' t believe I have missed uploading a photo everyday, even a filler, so I did not want to start now. Oh well. Tomorrow's challenge, is a song that I listen to when I'm sad. I already have an idea, let's see if I can pull it off or not.

OK it's a tad blurry and the "flash eyes" are not very attractive. But I really like the low POV and the tight composition is nice too. How about doing a mini-series of your puppy, after this song madness is over ?

I don't see the blurryiness, but I agree with the flash eyes. Any idea how to get rid of it without not using the flash of course? A mini series of my dog? You wouldn't find that boring?

@mej2011 Maybe not blurry, but the detail of the fur is a bit lost. Might be the flash too, messing that up.

Anything can be boring or interesting, depends how you do it... I think a dog is a great subject, just find some interesting way to shoot it.

Awww Sugarbaby monkeypants! I love her:) Don't worry if you haven't had time to get in the shot you wanted, you have a much better excuse than I do. I'm just being lazy and posting my vacation shots, lol

@janmaki
I love my doggie, I could take pictures of her forever and never get bored. But since you and @pwallis are really the only ones who view my pictures aside from my family members,I think you'd get bored with seeing her day after day.

@pwallis
I still have camp shots that I want to upload, but now that I know a little bit more about editing, I want to edit them first. I just need to find the time.

@mej2011 Hey it's your project, you can do whatever you want with it. I want to see doggie pics now, and I'm sure @pwallis is ok with that too :-)

You can try the "opposite" approach. Look at the pics you've taken of your dog, pick one attribute of the shot (like POV) and then do the opposite on that. So, usually people shoot dogs from above, do the opposite and shoot from below. Or, this pic is a shot of the face. Take a pic from behind, let us see what she's looking at... Just a suggestion, I try to use this approach sometimes.
