Editing consisted of a slight crop and selective coloring via picnik. After the crop, I wasn't too pleased with all the negative space, so I added the text to fill some of it up. Bad idea? I did not use any sort of clarifying tool for this shot, I attempted to use picnik's unmask, however the photo developed a blue-ish ring around the bottom using that tool, so I decided against it.
Yay Ace membership!! I like your addition of the text! The only thing I'd change is to have a wee bit more space on the left. It looks a bit tight there. Other than that - lovely fall shot!

Funny story, I was checking out the "suggestions" that I now get due to the membership,and the first one was one of mine. lol. I see what you are saying about the lettering, moving it a little to the right would have looked better. I tried and could not edit the text via the picnik feature on this membership. :(

Ha ha...Apparently I talk to much. I'll have to re-shoot this one soon. I'm thinking "fillers" and "edits' for my other two albums. This could fall into the edits category once I re-do it.
ACE baby yeah ! :-) I think the pumpkin could be at bottom corner, to balance the text. Symmetry thingy :-) Love the negative space study you have here...

Yes the pumpkin should be lower and more to the right so that there is somewhat of a balance in the negative space. You guys are funny, getting all excited about ACE. I honestly have no idea what to do with it. lol.
