I attempted to take a photo of the sun through a filter. All I got from that was the realization that my lens was dirty. The sun showed up as such a small small dot that it really wasn't worth trying to process or anything.
After that failure, I decided to just do a quick snap through the trees. I then added Photoscape's invert technique which has left the sun black. Finally I added a wave distortion also in Photoscape.
Okay this makes me feel a bit anxious... so that is good for a phobia shot. I'm not necessarily getting a fear of the sunlight from this. How about a dark room with a slightly open door or curtains to let a slice of sunlight in and work with that... ?
@janmaki
lol. It's almost 3 o' clock in the afternoon and really sunny. So the dark room thing MIGHT work at a later time. I'm not really sure about the sun thing either honestly, but I wasn't sure how to go about it. What about the pattern though?

Thanks!
How much wine have you had tonight? lol
You're right. It's the "wave" distortion.
Thanks Chris!
