I'm kind of bummed. I read about the "One Night Stand" challenge that starts today, and wanted to participate, but I've got a 20 chapter Biology test in about an hour, so I won't have time today for a photography.
As a result, here is a Grackle filler from March 12th. Editing consisted of a small crop and "Cairo" effect in Ribbet.
Okay, I'm off to do some last minute studying. 20 chapters, yikes! Somebody say a prayer.
That's a very intense look, maybe an admonishment to study hard! I hope you did well, 20 chapters is a lot. I feel like the processing took away some of the sharpness of the shot, which I would have liked to remain--but I may be mistaken.

The background was REALLY blown out and I was trying to mask that, hence the processing. Had I not been pressed for time yesterday, I wouldn't have even posted this shot, but what can you do?
That's so interesting, 'cause the eye and wing feathers look so sharp "underneath" that I wouldn't have thought it a shaky photo. I believe you, though! :)
