@seacreature They're on flexi-leads because we'd been for a walk and I entered the cellar from the outside. The handles are clipped in to a ring bolt that's screwed into the door frame.

@seacreature My yard is not fenced and it is a thruway for the resident coyote pack so my dogs are never at liberty outside nor are they out there without me.
