It's only mid-November, but the poinsettia have been red for a few weeks now... just a tad too early.
I brought these back from work years ago, and planted them in the yard by the front door. I didn't think they would survive 'in the wild' - they were the kind you buy in the store, in a small pot wrapped in colorful foil - but they've thrived and turn red every year without fail. I just hope they'll still be red around Christmas!
