@farmreporter Wendy y I ur challenge for this week is to for each day in B and W represent a number in photograph form. If you wish to, let me know otherwise.
Your challenge for the week is to experiment with hard light and soft light.
Use both types of light on the same subject to see the different effect you can get from it.
The following is copied from a Digital Photography School article:
Very basically, hard light produces hard shadows cast from your subject, Where soft light produces (you guessed it!) softer shadows! You will find more direct light sources producing hard shadows and thus hard light, where diffused light typically gives you a softer quality of light. You can use hard light to show detail and strong contrast, it’s typically a little harder to master when you’re starting out, but fun to play with. Softer light is generally great for portraits, so you could try your hand at soft and hard lit portraits, or food or pets or well… anything you like!
By the way - you don't need to make a collage of the two photos if you don't want to. You don't even need to tag both of them for the challenge. You may tag just your favourite if you choose.
The object of this challenge is to see how the different light affects a subject and just maybe it will give you unexpected results!!
@mirroroflife
Yes - I would consider a change of challenges.
I know that I have not been posting much this past couple of months ... I have been busy traveling and getting my garden in.
I am changing that today - will be spending the day processing and posting and catching up on my photos.
So a different challenge would be good.

Artificial water movement is good - that is certainly open to interpretation!!
Should be very interesting!!
