What an interesting composition and place. I find it odd to have bars on the windows but someone doesn't care if they steal the chair!! LOL Love the textures and colors in this. They work so well together. Is that water the chair is sitting in? Might be why no one steals it!! LOL LOve this! Big FAV!

@cashew Thank you Kathy. The chair is sitting in a puddle of water. It was raining when I took this picture. The building is on a military base so no one should think of stealing that chair. LOL
