@ninaganci The little pastries on the left are "pasteles de boniato" (sweet potato pastries), they are only made in the area of Valencia. The one on top is "pan de Cádiz" (bread from Cadiz), but it's not bread at all. It's made of marzipan and sweet potato. The ones on the right are two pieces of "turrón" (nougat) - nowadays there are lots of flavours, but these are the typical ones, they are both made with almonds.
