Tiny little bug

I was planning to take a picture of my calla lily today, but I found this tiny bug inside, and it looked more interesting than the flower. It looks like some kind of winged ant. I love the red eyes, which can't be seen with the naked eye. (And I'm very happy with my macro extension rings which allow me to get so "close" to little things). The photo is not edited, except for a crop.

I think it's a wasp. There's lots of tiny parasite wasps around my area that look similar to this here chap
