This poor orchid really needed a new pot. I had to break the one it was in to be able to take it out, and divided it.

Thanks a lot for your comments and good wishes! I also hope it survives... I should have repotted it last year, but I didn't dare. This year I took the plunge, after watching some youtube videos on how to do it.
