Yesterday I went out to buy bread and took the camera with me. I ended up with about 100 photos, but rest assured: if I have 4 or 5 worthy enough to post here, it will be a miracle. It was very windy and I kept shooting in case I get a proper one.
This is a metal case standing in the park. I am not sure what its purpose is besides being rusty and filled with lame graffiti. But it was good to practice focusing. In this instance, it is quite hard to get a reasonable dof and focus, when one of the elements (the grass) is farther than the front element (the case).
@ludwigsdiana Yes, the textures are very nice as the paint is scorched. I think shot with the case more in focus than the grass would look quite well too.
Great find and capture of the contrast.
On windy day`s I only took pic.`s more far. No close ups . The moving plants do n`t spoil the pic. a lot than.)
You took the focusing difficulties well, it was a neat shot. Perhaps with a narrower aperture it would have been easier to achieve a large depth of field.
@borof True. I should have taken a narrower aperture, but it was windy. If I had taken a narrower aperture, the grass would have been blurred :D Thanks for stopping by.
Thank you, @nicolecampbell
