@ludwigsdiana @christinav @briaan @casablanca @wakelys @marlboromaam @dkellogg Interesting remarks everyone! The building is from another era - about 50 years ago, while the bushes are quite recent.
And yes, the communist architecture was perhaps utilitarian. I still haven't seen a nice (at least) looking communist building. But it was also the way things were at the time, whatever the rulers.
Romanian towns and small towns, but also some of the larger cities, all have such an unpolished diamond. It was the local general store at the time.

I think this is one of the prettier ones compared to the others. I looked more like a restaurant with a magnificent view.
