I've been house sitting - you all know - at my parents' house until they arrive home from holidays. And so, this means I have been sleeping in their bed - as it's the most comfortable on in the house. Each morning, I've woken looking at this light fitting. It's such a pretty light and it's been here since I was little. It came with the house; and I love it. It's one of the prettiest ones I've seen around and yet I haven't seen anything like it lighting stores... they just don't make them like this anymore.

@digitalrn You know, I don't know why they don't make the old-fashioned light fittings anymore. Be it too hard, too fiddly, or that nobody wants them anymore... but I do enjoy seeing them around the place as they add character and are just so pretty when you see how much detail goes into them. :D
