I wanted to create motion using my brother in laws painting. The painting itself is really nice (would have loved to actually been there to take the photo). He does a lot of western themed art. He does sell his work too.
This is for the Camera Settings Challenge using a slow shutter speed & creating blur or movement by moving the camera.
