The color was done BEFORE I took the picture not processing.
It was the same type of settings from the last Camera Settings Challenge

I had to look up Currier & Ives - my education is lacking! I like the idea of a sleigh superimposed on it! The camera effect makes an interesting picture out of the photo and I'm pleased that you thought of it in terms of a lithograph of a painting.
