Yes I did. This was my first wedding and I was asked on Thursday to be the photographer for the Tuesday wedding. the groom told me where he wanted me (the right side moving backwards down the aisle). I tried to stay somewhat low not to block the view from other people. This was actually one of the better shots some had more glare spilling on the faces. As they got closer it was better. My next wedding won't have that problem (March 15th) but I just wondered what I could have done different next time if I'm ever in that situation again.
Well the problem is that you have the sun coming into the lens.
The only real way to fix this is stop it.
you can either get them before the sun comes into the lens or use them to block the sun (which is what I would of done). That way you would have the added benifit of having a rim light but you most likey have to change to spot metering.
