Perched atop an old church that now houses a rummage sale location for the local woman's shelter. She must have been a donation long ago.She is about 5 times the size of a real woman and made it through Hurricane Sandy unscathed. She is a local landmark. She has pink hair..and looks powerful, and is resilient....So I will tag her for Breast Cancer Awareness/ Think Pink Month! http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/23807/think-pink
A great shot for pink month, it is a real sign of resilience that she made it through Hurricane Sandy. Useless piece of info for the day, here in the Southern Hemisphere we call them cyclones. Our last really devastating one was cyclone Tracey, which flattened the entire city of Darwin on Christmas Eve 1974.
