Today was my last day at the primary school :'( :'( :'( Oh my days, I'm actually going to really miss it! Those children have been a part of my life for 5 weeks and made me laugh and smile every day. They have looked for me on mornings and smiled and said hello, come and shown me their artwork, held my hand and given me hugs! I'm so going to miss it, and many of the staff thanked me for my work and said they'd miss me too which was lovely, I even got a few hugs!
This is a picture of a guillotine because I have spent a lot of today guillotining, photocopying anf laminating! xD
Wonderful perception....and honestly, I never heard it called a guillotine either....just a paper cutter here! But it's rather interersting title! I am going to be using this soon as I get to work on my bulletin boards. Are you thinking of becoming a teacher?
Great shot - and have to agree with the others that (in the States at least) we call this a paper cutter. But never in all my wildest days have I gotten such an amazing shot of my paper cutter. Thank you for an enlightening perspective.
glad you had such a wonderful experience---love the age where they still love school and their teachers!! :) I can't wait to tell my 7th graders that a paper cutter is also called a guillotine!! :) great shot!!
