Yeah, so I had quite a good afternoon, came home early. The sun was shining and the sky was blue. It's beginning to feel more like spring. We found out that my brother has got into my high school, which is good! :] I took some photos in the garden. Got a little work done. Went to collect my brother from school and went into the village to buy him and ice cream and me a few bits for art. Came home again and went on the trampoline for a while which was fun! It's a while since I've felt this okay :]
On a side note. I need to think of some objects for art that represent stereotypes that I could smash up and glue back together again. It could be anything really so long as it represents a stereotype. But my mind has gone completely blank. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! :]
I feel the sun in this photo and it does look like spring is on it's way! I cannot think of anything to help you on your project, if I do I will let you know. Nice shot.
First, suggestions: What about a cheap pair of headphones, as youth are supposedly disconnected from society. Maybe a pair of sunglasses. Maybe find someone who broke their i-pod beyond repair...an old cell phone. A controller to a video game. Hope this helps.
As far as this picture, I love that you caught the silk from a spider on the plant. Gorgeous DOF and bokeh. I'm glad your mood matched your day! ;)
hey , glad you had a better day :) i managed to make a mess of my bird feeder : / plus it wont stick together properly , but ohh well , see you tomorow hopefully x
So glad you had a lighthearted day and this photo captures your mood perfectly! Congrats to your brother. As for objects to smash, how about a teacup, beer mug (or bottle) with the word Guiness on it, bottle of black nail polish (might be messy) and a pair of headphones.
Photo is lovely and I'm glad you've had a good day. :-)
