'It's like forgetting the words to your favorite song.'

Made some stencils and did some spray painting today for art, which was quite fun. I need to cut out the words to go on top now which is going to take foreverrr.

Tomorrow I need to spray the words on. I also need to plan Beavers for Monday. I have got to teach a foreign language to 20 Beavers (boys aged 6-8) and I have an hour to do so...I do not remember agreeing to do this. Anyone got any bright ideas?

Tonight is going to involve cutting out all these flippin' words for tomorrow. Though I'm feeling a bit blah so I might just go to bed...
Awesome shot and fantastic print. These things take time, but the result will be great when you're done for sure. I hope you haven't got to teach the whole language in a night!! can you try something like "london's Burning"?

Creative! I like this!

I like this, it's simple but eyecatching, if that makes sense. I also enjoy reading the lyrics in your titles, sometimes they seem familiar, but i never know what they are from :)

Oooh! Maybe I can help with the foreign language! Does it have to be any language in particular? My husband is Hungarian. Can you use that?

Good luck with the stencils, spraypaint, and wording. Sounds like a lot of painstaking detailed work ahead. I'm anxious to see the finished result.

I love the grainy texture of this. It adds so much dimension. I'm also looking forward to seeing the finished piece. I hope the words aren't too painstaking for you.

As for the foreign language lesson, I'd play a game like Bingo with foreign words. Just make up cards with foreign words using a theme (maybe food, colors or numbers) and then when you read the word in the foreign language, say it in English as well. At the end of the game, test them on the words by saying them and seeing who can remember what it means.

Nice job on this!! As far as the language goes--boys 6-8 years old need to move, so maybe try and have moving games where you can tie in the words with movement.
