Had a bad day. Wrote stuff down, ripped it up and took a picture :p
That Chem test from yesterday? Yeah, I got 30%. Which is like an E/U or something. To be fair, the best in the class was 68% but still. Waiting on the other 2 chem tests back now. Can't say I'm entirely hopeful. I have an exam on all these 3 topics in about 4 weeks. And this result is after a week of revision. I'm screwed.
Had 2 hours more of my art exam this afternoon. It wasn't as productive as I'd hoped. And I had the world's worst headache afterwards. I'm just really, really exhausted and burned out. A car alarm going off at 4.40am this and not stopping for 20 minutes didn't exactly help, especially considering I keep waking up really early anyway. I need to cook dinner in a minute.
I'll stop boring you all with my rants now :p
Tomorrow might be better? Who knows. I need to revise. But I'm sort of struggling to see the point right now. Thank god for a 4 day weekend.
Sorry to hear about your chem test. reminds me of my first year at university. i failed my very first chem test, i think somewhere around the same as your 30%, so i understand how it feels. gosh I hate chem! lol hope your friday is better and that you have a nice weekend!
Hey -- I definately had the same trouble with chemistry and let me tell ya.. dont stress! its a tough course.. I stayed until like 5 pm everynight with my teacher and I still failed the test. All I know is your going to be fine.. I am. I will be going to university in the fall and chemistry was awful for me..
look on the brightside.. very intense picture.. I feel your aggrivation
So chalk today up as a loss, but hey, four-day weekends are pretty awesome! Here's to four days of better sleep, clearer thinking, and some good old fashioned fun! Oh, and here's hoping they curve the chem grades.
You might have had a bad day, but you took a beautiful photo that captured your feelings. Writing things down and ripping them up is a great exercise. So sorry to hear about the bad chem results. Tomorrow will be better...believe it.
great photo, it expresses the legend. You have an artist's eye; learn the chemistry but don't dwell on the test. Take from it what will help you later on, like how the interactions of certain compounds could give an interesting photo.
As ever Naomi, your photo captures your words ... and how many times have most of us ripped things up like that. Sorry your chemistry results weren't as good as you would have liked ... but keep going because things will move forward for you!
