'The sweetness in the morning after'

Today, I made 66 cookies, a carrot cake and a baked cheese cake. I've never made cheese cake before so we'll have to see tomorrow if it tastes nice! I made that and the carrot cake topping with low fat cheese, no idea if that'll have made a difference! I also got very wet cycling to the shops and back, the weather is mankyyy at the moment!

My Mum looked at this shot on my camera screen and said 'our plates look posh on that picture' Lol! xD

You can use low fat cheese for carrot cake frosting and for cheesecake. I'm sure it will be fine.
