'You say you feel like a natural person, You haven't got nothing to hide, So why do you feel imperfection, Cut like a sword in your side'
This morning, my brother and I made blue cookie/chocolate chip/sprinkles ice cream xD Then we needed to use up the egg whites so we made chocolate mousse...but half way through, we realised the recipe we were using needed both the yolks and the whites...oops. So we still have some whites left :p
Went on a walk this afternoon but weather was rubbish.
This is an awesome photo, Naomi. I'm sorry that you're feeling blah. I sufffer from depression too and have had to work hard about understanding it's a part of who I am and to not feel weak or broken. I'm glad you can tell others that you feel down or blah, Then we can send you a tight virtual hug and tell you I hope you feel better tomorrow and if you want to talk, email me and we'll talk. =)
@mary1440 is quite right. People who don't suffer from depression seem to think you can 'snap out of it' like it's a mood swing. But depression is about chemical imbalance, just like diabetes, and cheering up doesn't cure depression any more than being sweet cures diabetes. You may find that you outgrow it, or you may find a treatment that works for you. In the meantime, I find honesty works best: "this is who I am, if you can't deal with it, let's not waste each other's time"
I really like this shot, the tone of it and everything! (:
I know just saying 'I hope you feel better' doesn't really do anything to help you, but I really do hope you feel better soon. Just know that a lot of people are here for you. (:
Just egg white and castor sugar. So easy and so yummy.
Lovely pic, by the way :o)
