Run Down.

I've decided I'm going to *attempt* to stop biting my nails. Plan A involves putting nail varnish on them so I know when I'm biting them... we'll see how it goes! I felt rather ill yesterday and ended up going to bed incredibly early.

im doing that too, nail polish works, i just pick at the varnish instead of biting them :)
