- Been accepted onto a National Mental Health Commissioning group thingy!
It may look stupid but for more than a year I have a "happiness journal". Every day I found and write about something positive that happened. Sometimes is as stupid than " yeah it's Friday" but at least it make me think about something positive every day.
Naomi, that's an excellent idea of Helene's @parisouailleurs. You're creative, and you could make it something of an art journal...you'd *want* to look back over it in years to come, making it worthwhile twice over (or more!)
